The original layout left living spaces isolated from both the heart of the home and the rear pool area.

The new design reimagines a dated 90s plan into a light-filled coastal retreat. A carefully considered replan of the upper level, central stair, and the addition of a new family living pavilion at the rear brings clarity, connection, and a fresh sense of flow aligned with the Northern Beaches lifestyle.
